So I have decided to quit my job and start my own business.
My mate has convinced me to write a simple blog every so often and let anyone that cares to know the process of starting up and of some of my jobs that I take on. Firstly a bit of background…….
It may sound cheesy but I have a little boy that just turned 1 and I was missing out on a lot of time with him because of travel. Sitting in Auckland traffic while my little man was up at home ended up being to much.
To quit a job in the building industry whilst in a ‘recession’ is not considered a smart financial move. But if we can get by and I get a whole lot more time with my boy then its totally worth the loss in money. My thinking behind it, my personal opinion is that there are a couple of big life changes, having a child is 1 of them. I want to experience the most of that.
Anyway enough of that, the next update will be of a job maybe.
